"This firm takes days to return client calls. It has been more than a year since I filed a disability claim. I had to contact my congressman for support because the firm was uncertain why my claim was being delayed - only after I reached out to them for an update. I found myself reporting to them, hoping to get some type of resolve. They are slow and lack responsiveness. I wish that I would have started this process without an attorney. Having them has not increased the completion time of my claim. I am still waiting and have no idea of my claim status. If you have a different firm to choose from, please do so and save yourself a headache."
