"I was very happy with the assistance that I was given by Bay area. Legal team number Tiffany Coleman. She Explain the paperwork to me, everything that was expected through this process. I appreciate all of the help that I was given."
"Mr moss at this location was so nice ,helpfull, and understanding.l couldn't have gotten the great outcome that I did without him,he was a god send that I prayed for.i definitely recommend him to all my friends.thank you Mr moss"
"I was given this number by 2 clerks at pinellas courthouse Kathy and Joel. I tried to let them know about what I was experiencing and they didn't seem to care and they say they don't know anything about the place or any people there. I would very much like to put the care back in customer care starting with our government representatives Which we pay for. I've been calling for over a week, I did the save your place in line and held for half an hour at least twice. After half an hour or so someone comes on and speaks Spanish and it says goodbye and hangs up on you."
"When covid hit the craziness with landlord and $ started. We weren't able to work and hadn't been approved for unemployment yet. Over 2G in the hole and we had to figure something out. Our landlord had filed an eviction(even though eviction moratorium wasn't anywhere near up yet) we did some searching online and found Bay area legal services. Left a voicemail and within a few days got a call back from a man named Jim. I dont remember last name, but he was so helpful and experienced in this sort of instance you could tell just by talking with him for a few minutes. We never had to go up to his location to see him. Everything was done online. If it weren't for Jim im sure we would of been evicted. We paid what we owed and went on with our life. A few months down the road Jim gave us a call back just to check and make sure we werent having any other issues with the landlord. He made this process so much easier. I am a little late writing this review, but to this day my hubbs and i still talk about Jim and everything he helped us with. This is an experience i dont think either of us will ever forget. If we're ever in a pickle we know who to call."
"I arrived at 4:20 pm, and my maps made me walk to the wrong building. When I found the clerk of courts building, the locked and sealed at 4:28 pm (they advertise closing time as 4:30pm.) So this trip was a huge waste of my time. Maps you need to update the location, and clerk of courts needs to lock the doors at the time advertised so people dont waste gas."
