"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! If you have ANY issues with your device they will do nothing. I could write a whole page about the sales girl who’s more concerned about checking her phone constantly than helping answer any questions. Or the owner who will make any excuse as for why the product isn’t functioning properly. As long as he doesn’t have to take responsibility. I hate when someone calls me a liar. If I tell you I did or didn’t do something then it’s the truth. I have better things to do with my time than argue over a $60 item. Just trust me and go anywhere else Update 1/17/22- Fast forward 3 months… My experience was so bad that I wondered how this place stayed open. It was always empty. Prices are at least 15% higher. And the business practices are terrible. It blew my mind so much that I shared my experience with other vape shops in town trying to understand how this was possible and they’ve all said 2 things: they’ve heard countless horror stories similar to mine, and this place is notorious for selling to minors. As in under 18. Not the new ridiculous age of 21. Last thing… To the owner of this establishment… If you happen to read this, every other shop in the area offers 30 day warranties on their products before making the customer contact the manufacturer. Just like every decent business I’ve ever shopped at in my life. Starting with that might help you stop needing to rely on sales to 16 year olds to keep your lights on."

"Came in here on a whim today (12/30/2021 around 7:30pm) while visiting family here in Sarasota. Girl working behind the counter I could barely understand and couldn't care less if I needed help with choosing a juice flavor. As I was checking out she told me out-of-state licenses were not accepted (how in the world can a store in a tourist heavy area not accept out of state licenses?/ i'm 29 so its not like I am a kid). Was extremely disappointed with the girl's attitude and lack of service. I actually had to get my family member with a Florida license to purchase the juice. Why are teenagers managing a vape store? Terrible."

His customer service skills were impeccable! He listened to my needs and showed me products that he knew I would love. I will now be a returning customer.
