"Very good food and service. Country fried steak wasvery tender. Cinnamon rolls was Very good. I got my crinkle chocolate cookies next door at their market."
"Expect long lines to be seated when snow birds around. And ALL Parties need to be there, otherwise you will not give you the seat. The food was good. I got their famous fried chicken with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. My friend wasn’t satisfied with the chicken pie unfortunately. They have daily special so make sure you check it. They are popular for their pie but I was craving for cheesecake for the last couple of days and their strawberry cheesecake of course not disappointed! Will surely come back to try their pies. Sweet pies. Service was excellent, they keep checking on us. I guess because they need us to leave faster since they were busy. And the food comes out quickly. When I arrived and queue to get seated, they were even longer line for people to check out / pay but I didn’t need to wait when it was my turn to check out. Be aware of non cash fee. I am so used to pay with credit card but they charge 3% if you don’t pay with cash. Who carry cash these days? Oops! This is Mennonite/Amish restaurant so yes they do pay with cash I guess. And I enjoy the atmosphere of the place so homey setting."
"A friendly place to get a meal. Our server was attentive and professional. Stopped in for breakfast and although not perfect was very good. I ordered the mushroom bacon and cheese omelet with grits and biscuit. Not a fan of sliced cheese on top of omelet. I'd rather have graded cheese inside to mix with the other ingredients. The grits were excellent but swimming in butter. The biscuit was moist goodness. Add a little homemade apple butter for extra deliciousness. Another at table got the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. He thoroughly enjoyed it. The hash Browns were tasty to. Not a perfect meal but a nice experience. Would definitely return."
"Love Yoders! It is definitely a unique experience. The food is high-quality and definitely homemade. Local Amish eat here so when locals eat somewhere, you always know it’s good! They have some great gift shops and farmers markets in the area. Fun trip to Sarasota!"
