"Do not bother with this firm. I reached out regarding a medical malpractice case involving my son recently. A receptionist took down my contact information and said that one of the attorneys will call me back the next day. 5 days later I haven't heard anything. When I followed up, the receptionist said the attorneys "reviewed my case" and unfortunately would not be able to help and I'll be "recieving a letter" in the mail explaining their decision. Couple of red flags here: 1.I haven't provided any documentation regarding this case to them so how they were able to "review" the case is unclear. 2. If you aren't able to help, shouldn't you have a professional courtesy of calling the person and informing them of that (even if it's a receptionist/admin person making the call) vs sending a letter? Bottom line is you have people here who don't seem to care about details and don't practice basic professional courtesy. I'm just glad I discovered that early on in the process and did not waste my time further."
