"I paid for 2 vapes at this store and one of them malfunctioned before I left the store and they refused to give me a refund. I’m appalled at the managers customer service abilities I will go out of my way to tell people not to go to this store. Unacceptable the manager is super unprofessional. I feel bad for the counter girl working for this company."

"Would rate 0 stars if I could. First I tried to buy a box of cigarellos from them. Every single one in every single pack was so stale it would break apart before I could even use it. They refused to refund me. Then just recently I bought a fume extra from them that hurt my lungs and I have verified as fake. It cost over 20 dollars too. Refused to refund me. Go to the smoke shop next to big lots for cheap authentic products!"
