Big Lots

"The store is setup differently than any big lots I've been to. And not in a good way. All the furniture is in the middle of the store, meaning you need to circumnavigate the store to get what you need. And it increases shopping time."

"My Brother and I went to the Eustis, Florida store yesterday to look at beds. We asked Liz to help us and she was great! Even when we were interrupted by another customer, Liz remained professional. She knows her stuff and we wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves. I hope she gets a raise because she sure is worthy of it. I will be sure to ask for her for any future visits. Liz is the best! People are always quick to complain, so I wanted to be quick to compliment."

"As you can see these decorating sets are set up very nice and the sign clearly says buy 2 get 1 free on any food gift sets. Not to mention it’s posted all over their website. Of course they did not ring up that way. So I said, those are supposed to be buy 2 get 1 free. And she asked the manager who was standing a few feet away if that was correct. He responded in a rude manner that people don’t put things back where they belong and that it’s not supposed to be but they will give it to me anyway….Very reluctant and rudely. I tried explaining about the sign and how everything was set up nicely and where it belongs and he interrupted and said I said we will give it to you. The cashier was also rude. What kind of manager doesn’t know what the store sales are and then act in a manner that makes me, the customer, feel like I’ve been given charity when clearly I am right. Terrible customer service. We won’t be back"

"Store was a little disorganized with the change of seasons. Big box stores had as many aisles of fall and Halloween merchandise as they did Christmas. Staff was friendly and check out clerk was engaging."
