Unfortunately the experience left me feeling this was more like an opportunity to pick and choose the items that would get the most money. There is a saying one man's trash is another man's treasure. Many of the items left behind would have helped a needy family. I definitely will never select this charity again."

"Very inconsistent place! One day 2 employees are very very friendly. Work out a deal for large quantity purchases. Go back on another day and the two are rude. Very rude items not marked and let them know what I previously paid for items and they refused to honor. Then marked the unmarked items right in front of me. Sad that some of them are warm and inviting and others need to go find a new profession that they enjoy."
