"if everything goes right I guess it's an ok store but if you get something inferior it's practically impossible to get it fixed.. first the girl couldn't tell me if there was an extended return on items purchased in Nov (there is) secondly wanted me to disassemble the item and pack it up.. but couldn't request a pick up.. so then I would have to call back a second time to get the pick up requested or lug this piece of furniture to a mailing spot.. I live in a city with a warehouse and still had to do backflips over their inferior product... I even said if I pay for them to put together the replacement could that person take this bad one back and still no.. once she told me I had to call back because she couldn't even complete the return I just hung up"
