"EPIC SERVICE should be in their name! From the very beginning, every contact, question and quote has been outstanding. We are a very small client so I was not expecting a great deal of attention. However, they proved me wrong. The salesperson was quick, responsive and professional. The way EPIC structures their contracts is easy and they were the lowest cost for our needs. I even compared them against buying a small desktop HP which had no where near the features of the EPIC larger copier. You would think the HP would be much less, however, when you calculate the cost of the toner over a 3 year period, EPIC's large machine came in most affordable. The installation was flawless. They helped remove the old copier and took it to its final resting place. Our previous copier company was no help at all. I would highly recommend EPIC for your copier needs! JANUARY 2024 UPDATE: Since we installed our new copier in June of 2023, Epic's ongoing service has been outstanding. Since we are a small customer, I truly believed the service would decline as time went on. I was wrong! Under the direction of Harry Worten, the service manager, we have never had a matter or question that was not remedied/answered immediately. He even provided his cell number. I cannot recommend this company enough!...and no, I am not being paid to say this :)"
