"Disappointing. I put in an online order for 25 invitations and didn't find out until after spending and exorbitant amount of time designing the card that it would take up until 7:30 at night to complete. I still waited until a little after 2:30 to check on the status in store and was told I was still the sixth person in line. I will never use this place again for printing services when things cannot be completed in a timely manner."

"Ordered a few office th8ngs like paper and it was free delivery, so I thought great! It was POURING down rain and the idiot deliverer put the cardboard box on my driveway in front of my garage door. They only had to go 5 more steps to put it on my front porch. No idea the box was even there and we are always at home. The box fell apart when I picked it up. Luckily the items themselves were in plastic so they were not destroyed. Stupid delivery. I may look to Amazon next time. They put pkgs on the front porch. "I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Staples. The cashier and supervisor went above and beyond. Additionally, when I returned some recycled ink just as they were about to close, they kindly kept the door open for a few extra minutes so that I could deliver the ink."

It was also pretty cheap, considering how much stuff we bought, but the things were in good condition and new. I am very glad we went here for our supplies. Also the online was easy to use."
