"I used to be a regular here. Very close to my house and the people were friendly. A while ago, they changed the people and it looks like their “sales strategies”, they now always offer different deals, they sell products way more expensive than what they actually cost, I’ve literally had to leave to go to another place because I know the product has a lower price. I want to leave this review to let the owners know, you are losing long-time customers that spent hundreds of dollars a month in your business because of your dishonest sales tactics. Just sell the stuff at its price and you will have your people coming back. For me, I am not coming back, hopefully I get a response from the owner amending this situation and I may come back but for now, this business has lost my trust and it had it for a long time."

"They sold me a faulty product (Rush Max 5k vape) and it quit out after literally two puffs. That explains why they were discounted for only 5dollars. Employee refused to refund or replace. If I could rate zero stars I would."

"If I could give this place one star I would. Extremely disappointed in this establishment because they do not run an honest business. Keep a look out as they my scam you for your money. Today I went to purchase a pack of Dutch Masters and their clerk charged me $4.29 for a pack of 3, a price that’s unheard of, and just yesterday they had sold me the same pack for $2.00. Now I understand that they might not get enough clientele but scamming people is not the way to run a business in a centralized location such as the one they occupy. Be careful if you shop here. Keep a lookout for “sudden” price increases. Smoke 101 will not be getting my business moving forward."

"I’ve been going here for well over a year now. I’ve had zero issues. The prices are always the same, and fair compared to the rest of Gainesville. There are usually deals when you buy 2 disposables. The owner works pretty much every single day, all hours of the day. He’s never been rude to me, and has always been respectful."
