"Most horrible experience. asked if I could sit on the benches outside while drinking my coffee was told if I didn't place an order for food I could not sit there told them it was bad customer service the was told later that day I was not allowed to come back. Need better management. Employees could not give a reason as of why they would not serve me."

"Started out strong but the quality has gone down. The drinks are hit or miss. Just paid $4 for a strawberry smoothie with huge chunks of ice in it and the iced coffee is either pretty good or terrible. No consistency. Used to go all the time over starbucks but have stopped after too many bad drinks in a row."
