"As I entered the store I was greeted by the staff and asked if they could assist me with anything. Later as I walked around the store I came back up and asked a staff member where a laser thermometer was. She was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I'm so happy they finally have one here in Naples. I had been going up to Fort Myers to go to the store. Before I went I downloaded a coupon from their website. Obviously I picked up more than what I needed because they have great deals and so many products! I can't wait to come back here again. The staff is so friendly, the aisles are wide, there's so many products, and they have such great deals!"
"Very helpful clerks. They constantly ask if they can help. The tool I was searching for was sold out on the shelves. As I turned around, a clerk walked by and asked if I found everything I needed. I mentioned that they were out and immediately she went to check her system. Apparently, they had a few more and the employees in the back located the tools and immediately restocked the shelves. Great employees! Great store!"
