"Please be advised Ms. Genier is not a paralegal nor a lawyer. I recently had services provided by Gertie for document preparation regarding a legal matter. I selected her services based on her profile and years of experience. To my dissatisfaction, Gertie's grammar and diction used in this legal document was elementary and grammatically incorrect. It was embarrassing to even consider using this document for submission to the judge based on its many spelling errors as well as lack of proofreading on her part. I would not recommend the use of her services to anyone. It is also not her policy to offer a refund if her work is unsatisfactory. Beware."
