"I think they need to make their hours clearer on their storefront. I missed their Saturday hours by 1 minute. Its raining outside and storming. They still had people in the store receiving service yet they could not be gracious enough to take care of me. Due to my work schedule in the hospital, this was my only day off to send Christmas gifts. I will be working up to and including Christmas.
