"We will no longer be doing business with Staples due to the extremely poor customer service at the print shop. We placed an order with express shipping and did not receive the service as confirmation of my order being ready was not sent until 4 hours past the express time (later the employee stated she was too busy to send the email and phone call confirmation prior to 12:30pm and therefore resulted in 4:00pm). Upon pick up I asked for the additional charge to be removed as we did not receive our prints in time in which the employees rudely refused. We will be taking our business elsewhere."

"Worst experience ever! I usually use the one by the Forum (who are fabulous!), but was out near the one on Cypress Lakes and needed to return something from Amazon. First off, it was extremely confusing where the Amazon returns were. There was one place for Happy/UPS/USPS, one place for Lands End and finally for Amazon. I waited 10 minutes while the employee behind that counter was on the phone trying to get his W-2 form on the work computer. After he was done , he radioed for a manager to bring boxes for the Amazon returns. Then he proceeded to take someone at another register who was purchasing something. Meanwhile, myself and 2 other costumers wait in the “Amazon return lined”. After an additional 5 minutes I asked if we were waiting for someone who could do the returns? His reply was he had to wait for a box before he can scan any of our returns. This may very well be the case, but that should have been set up prior to opening. Very poorly run and will never visit again."

"Very poor customer service at this store. I purchased a product off the clearance aisle but after waiting in a long line, the cashier charge me full price. I didn’t notice this until I was outside. The store. I went back in spoke with the manager, but he was more concerned About doing his Amazon returns and said I would have to get in the long line again. It was only a few dollars more so I decided to just leave and never go back"

"Disappointed in their service. Went in to have 1 document spiral-bound and even though there was no one there (the entire store was basically empty), they wanted me to drop off and come back later to pick up. It took longer for us to have this conversation than it would have taken for them to just do the job. They said they were so busy. LOL. Found a nice local shop that did it on the spot and even at a better price. I would rather support businesses with good customer service and will not return."
