"Find a different place that won’t increase your rates 40% and charge less to new customers. They will get you in and start increasing your bill. Currently paying $400 a month for a unit and when I went to cancel they have a 30 day notice required and apparently there is no way around that. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone find a better place."

"Reserved a unit main floor, when i arrived i was told i was on the second floor, i am handicapped and walked to the unit and came down and told the worker it wont work. They wont stop billing me! I have spoken to them but they wont stop. Find a company that isnt trying to scam money!"

"As has been mentioned by others, if you’re looking for something long term it’s best to look elsewhere. I certainly understand that rate changes need to happen, but I can’t help but feel like they are trying to push out tenants that have been with them for years so they can continuously increase fees. My rate has increased nearly 40% in the past 18 months - all with extremely short notice. What’s worse, they are currently advertising rates for the same storage unit we have rented for nearly 2 years at the same price we started. This is an incredibly disingeneous business practice. When I’ve tried to approach the staff about why our rate keeps going up while the same size units for new tenants are 30% lower, they have no answers or are not even present on site."

"Front Desk very helpful & explained, as well as they could, transferring my Unit. Offered assistance where they could and in my Opinion, gave great Customer Service, something that I find hard to find! Also Facility was very Clean and no bugs, a big Plus! Only had Issues with Corporate Reservation Team, Pushy and never Communicated my Issue or Reservation with Local Office! As Local Office advised, best to come in & talk to them in Person. Even when you think you're Calling the Local Office you're talking to some Corporate Receptionist that's pretty much useless! Local Office @ 10810 Internet Pl the your best Option!"

"Someone either changed the lock on our unit or someone tried to access it and screwed it up. I called after hours and got their call center. The first person I talked to verified my info and account details. She said after hours emergency support would contact me right away. Waited 40min and nothing. Called customer support again and that person told me it's first come first serve but couldn't tell me if someone could call me to give me any timing. It's called emergency support for a reason. Never mind the shady guy with a backpack roaming from unit to unit. Ya'll might want to check your cameras. Someone could have cut our lock and put a new one on. No one got back to me so I just went home. Will come back tomorrow when the office is open I guess. You have no issues with continuously raising our rates but when your customer needs emergency support you're no where to be found."
