"Customer service problem, no opinion on the product since I never got it: I placed an order early December and I was informed that the order would arrive one month after. When that date passed, I reached out and was provided a later January date. When that date passed I reached out and was informed they had no idea when my order was coming. I understand delays with orders, but having to be the customer and reaching out for updates when the committed dates pass? Most of my emails were responded to but some were ignored it seemed. At least the refund was quick!"
