"I was in line to print just 1 paper. One machine was not working and the other the guy was printing more than 100 photos and in the next the person was printing lots of photos and when the next customer came he also printed lots of photos and I spent 1 hour for just 1 piece of paper because the people at the counter can't help and print 1 single paper. They should have an Xpres machine, because if one needs a document for an appointment."

"Tiffany Thomas here, I came to this location because I love the area so much. I was kindly greeted by Will. My order didn’t come out as expected for my moms funeral service and although it wasn’t his fault, Will guaranteed that he’d help me get a better print. I re ordered and got my print within 15/20 minutes. So appreciative! Thank you so much Will and Office Depot staff from my family to yours."

"If I could rated 0, I would..... costumer service is a joke, went to fax some paper because it was the closest place for me to fax, stood there for about 12 minutes just for someone to come and help me, after asking couple of times for help (which the store was empty at that time). Then the old men came to "help" but then leave immediately because someone call him in the "radio".... then came back and was trying to explain me how to fax some paper but keep talking in the radio, after that I left I wasn't going to pay $45 dollar to fax 7 paper because i dont know what button he click on the machine.... I went to staples and did everything instantly! .. not recommended...."

"I love their same-day printing services, I'm always on the run and don't have time to get certain things done, especially business cards! I'm always running out of them, so it's nice to order them and pick them up on the same day without having to wait one week for printing!"

My last trip I was helped by Antoinette, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely made me feel like I was her only priority (which was a welcome feeling) since most places do not offer great customer service now a days. It was an absolute pleasure during my last visit and I will return solely because of the great customer service that she provided."
