"Not very happy with informing their customer about Rewards policy. I remember, with Office Max before I never had problem refining my rewards that earned. If I can avoid it, I will go somewhere else that sell similar products that I will need on the future."
"Jeffrey really helped me with a last minute decision to print 16x20 posters at my local store vs. shipping to California where I will be this weekend. He listened very attentively to my situation/request and walked me through the best solution. Amazing customer service is really hard to come by these days, but Jeffrey is an asset to Office Depot. I can not thank him enough for all of his exceptional assistance. Thanks again Jeffrey!"
"This was the worst shopping experience I have had in many years. To condense the story the cashier was to busy playing catch with himself and a little ball to notice he was over charging me by over $15 for an advertised item. When I pointed it out it took over 15 minutes to get the correct price as he needed a managers approval. On the re-ring I asked if he included my military discount and he assured me he had. When I got to my car and checked the receipt he did not give me the military discount. I wasn't concerned about the couple of dollars I was cheated out of but more the disrespect and unprofessional way he treats customers. So I went inside and asked for a manager. I had to wait more than 15 minutes to speak to a manager that herself was less than un-enthusiastic about customer service. She questioned me "so what do you want me to do about it? Give you the discount now? My response was treat customers with respect. She then processed a returned item and re-rang me. After I looked at the receipt she had charged me the same as the previous cashier. So she informed me military discounts are only from the MSRP not discounted or sale items. She then said I should be happy with the price they were advertising. It was a better deal. NOT TO ME!! IF THEY ARE GOING TO ADVERTISE TO MILITARY VETERANS THEY OFFER DISCOUNTS THEY SHOULD HONOR THEM. Once again it isn't the $2. I would have saved but again they way this store treated a customer."
"Great place! I love this store, it has every office/school supplies you need! Only thing is you need to book your printing in advance for better service."
