"Do NOT PRINT here. An unprofessional male manager dressed in a hoodie, attempted to fix the printer and could not get important documents to print correctly with multiple attempts. Then proceeded to ask me personal information that was none of his business. He couldn't figure out how to get the printer to function properly and didn't even offer a refund. Go elsewhere for all of your printing needs."

"This is place is a joke. This was the second time I tried to print a simple yard sign. First time they waited until I got there 24h later to tell me they couldnt print it. Second time they did a terrible job printing on an adhesive paper and not actually on the corrugated plastic leaving bubbles and marks on the sign. How is this supposed to last outside on any weather? Definitely I do not recommend doing business with this office."

"Very bad experience, went to store buy a 100 apple gift card, when I sent it to the person.he said no money is on it. I Went back to store to get a refund. they say they can’t do so.the manager try to assist me by calling customer service that was the best thing.when she got through to customer service, they check the card the results she got said the card has been use since March, and that’s the same card brought from the store today.something don’t add up to me.this first that ever happened."

"Very very disappointed of the service I received from this location. I went there Tuesday and order preink stamp with my name, title and signature. For the signature the lady asked me to do my signature 3 times which I did, paid, she told me that it would be ready after 2pm. I went back around 5pm or so, this time there was a guy there he gave me the stamp for which I noticed that the signature was not dark enough, I ask him correcting the signature part and he said that she would have to fix it the next day that he would see her in the morning and will let her know. Next day Wednesday morning I went back and the lady was there, she said that the guy didn't say anything to her that the guy who could fix the signature would be in Thursday morning, today so I went there today around noontime to find out that he just got there meaning I would have to wait even longer. At that point I just asked her to cancel and give me a refund. Very disappointing and not even I'm so sorry."

"This store exceeded my expectations. The employees acknowledged my presence as soon as I walked in the store. No wait time. Tiffany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the service requested. The turnaround time was really quick. This store has definitely redeemed itself from my previous experiences. I will be a returning customer. Especially if Tiffany and Jeanette are working."
