"If you can please rent somewhere else. Based off the customer service alone I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Went in to finalize our unit, the two women working the desk had an attitude like it was such an inconvenience for me to come in. They said our unit was in the back property and I told them I need a physical address for our move delivery. Gave me the wrong address that sent me to a neighborhood. Came back in was yelled at and spoken to very rudely by both of them telling me I’m wrong and my phone is broken and to just use an auto place address next to it. I told them multiple times what they wrote was wrong they wouldn’t even acknowledge it. Sure enough finally found our unit and THEY WROTE THE WRONG DAMN ADDRESS. If you’re going to give PAYING customers directions know the difference between east and west. I could never imagine being so rude and yelling at a customer. This place is extremely lucky we couldn’t afford a different unit after paying this one or I would’ve cancelled and disputed the charges immediately after that interaction. Save yourself the headache and put your money and personal stuff else where"

"This is the WORST place in town to store your belongings. They don’t have working cameras and the main gate that suppose to secure the property always open. The unit I rented for the last 6 months had been broken into and the company didn’t reach out to tell me."

"I am going to attempt to attach a video of myself today explaining more detail. As of today I walk away from this place.... They even put another lock on my gate for me so I can't access it even though it's empty. Maybe there's double-bunking it, given it to someone else and charging me at the same time just because they found out I already got my stuff out. That's ILLEGAL. VA CHOICE FOR THE TIME, IT IS MINE UNTIL MY LEASE IS OVER REGARDLESS OF BEING EMPTY OR FULL Go somewhere else, TRUST ME You got to clean the storage space yourself when you get it they do no maintenance of the area. The woman I experienced all three times I had gone inside was rather rude and inconsiderate. You could tell she was giving her best fake best attitude. As someone who doesn't have a car she failed to inform me there is a walking entrance. That cost me 20 minutes in the heat trying to get the gate open. I found out about it by finally calling in at her arguing with me about not being in a vehicle. She was not with a customer and would not walk the extra 10 ft from her desk out to the keypad and let me out. Today I came in for some of my stuff. I needed to use the bathroom real bad and she would not allow me. I hope they don't mind me using their building doggy style. If I wasn't so stupid as to pay for another month 4 days ago, I would have gotten 2 Uber XLs and cleared out my locker today. New staffing with just a little bit of manners and consideration for customers might do better, but I won't find out from this point."
