"After 2 days, speaking with multiple agents, unsuccessfully reserving a unit which had to be cancelled twice due to the app not working, using the online app unsuccessfully, an agent calls to assist making a reservation 6 miles away vs the one that is 1/2 mile from my house, use their kiosk, discount rate, make the payment all this to find out they reserved and charged me (double the price at first), for the wrong size unit. Now to start all over with the chaotic mess of this company."
