"While the initial pricing may be enticing, the low price will go up. In my case, my initial monthly price is now almost quadrupled from when I started a few years ago. Quadrupled. Pair this to an office that is fully automated now and a phone number that only takes you to a corporate answering service. After complaints about the bill being raised, they offered me a measly $29 off three months. What an insult. This is corporate greed at its finest. Save your time and money; go somewhere else other than Public Storage. Edit: Cookie cutter responses further enforces the lack of customer service."

"Good storage facility. But inflation has hit Public Storage tremendously hard. Because they have passed quadrupled my charges onto my storage rental. Then did away with site manager & assistants to save. So bring with you portable toilet due to no more facility restroom availability."

"Mr. Mohamed was so helpful in getting the air conditioned unit I needed right away. How do he get me the additional space so close to the other unit I have already rented? He was very considerate and called me back to make sure all the online work was completed and I was satisfied with the unit.Great customer service! Thank you."

"After a snafu with first rental, Janet at Public storage arranged for the climate controlled unit. Worked out totally great and is what I wanted. Janet with Public Storage was awesome to work with!"

"I arrived at 4pm to access my unit for the first time. I thought the layout would be simple enough and I’m fairly good at finding where I’m supposed to be. By 5pm I was debating an whether or not it would be worth my dignity to start running around screaming like a banshee. Why not, no one would be there to see it. Public Storage decided on the brilliant idea to replace all rational help with a kiosk locked behind a broken door at this location. Felt like I was losing every last marble looking for my space which seemingly did not exist and for which I had no map (note to self: actually look at the property you’re renting from ahead of time, dummy!). The number they gave me for the property manager apparently connected to no one, probably that damned kiosk that refused to take my call (I guess they didn’t give it a voice box). I finally realized the number I was trying to call was not the same as Janet’s, who had called me when I made my initial reservation. She was so sweet and understanding and all my anger and confusion vanished the second she was on the line (amazing what the human voice can do to a woman only met by answering machines and phone menus, and I’m saying that as a gen z’er). She apparently managed the property prior to them installing that self help kiosk. Property seems fine to me other than the fact there was NO communication whatsoever to let people know the door was broken and what number to call to get actual help, five stars to Janet for her customer service. Public Storage itself failed me in terms of actual human service for this remote property. Your dumb little kiosk can’t open a broken door can it? Janet could at least holler at me through one, and she’d be damn funny about it, too."
