"If I could give this place no stars, I would. I rented this storage in September 2019 so that renovations could be done to our home. At the time I was pregnant and my baby was due in October. Due to us running into a financial bind, the renovations took a little longer than expected and it also prevented us from paying the storage on time. I did however communicate with Alicia and let her know of my situation. I do admit that they gave me extra time to pay and I’m grateful. However, I rented a climate controlled unit and the climate was in no way controlled. When I went to retrieve my belongings, there were several things ruined by mold and mildew. Anyone with at least a high school education knows that mold and mildew is created by warm moist environments. When I made them aware of this situation I was told that there was nothing that could be done because the contract said they aren’t responsible for damage. But what the contract did not say is that it wasn’t responsible for damage done by them not making sure their air conditioner was working properly. I am literally out of beds and a leather sectional. Some of our clothes and shoes were ruined. Even some of the things that were purchased for the new baby was destroyed. In all honesty, I would have rather just not paying them and starting all over. I could take it to small claims court but it would be an entire waste of time. I would just rather go buy new things and move forward."

"Great little thrift store with good, fair pricing. The owners seemed like really nice people. She allowed me to haggle down the price on a great quality antique furniture piece to where I felt like I got a great deal. He helped me load the furniture into my vehicle. Very friendly, a surprisingly great selection of stuff, and fair prices; what more can you ask for."
