"Had an appointment for fingerprinting at 3 pm, I show up on time and was told their system was down and to come back in an hour (was fine with that, not their fault). I called them 45 mins later to ask if the internet problem were resolved. I was told they were resolved but the fingerprinting person was not there today and to come back tomorrow. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold and hung up. I called again and asked for the manager and was told “he is extremely busy and to call back in 15 mins”. Poor customer service. Why was I not told that originally? I wasted my time and chose another location to give my business to. I will not be returning to this location."
