"FFB may be a decent carrier for insurance but the office Josh McGriff is running is not. When I purchased a new vehicle in 2017 you wouldn't believe the trouble I had in getting the insurance transferred from my previous vehicle. I was actually told it couldn't be done, and that I would be uninsured. Hardly the first time I was purchasing a vehicle but BY FAR the most difficult transaction I have ever had with an auto policy. Fast forward to 2019 and I should have known I would have issues when I wanted to cancel my insurance. No tickets or major accidents in well over 5 years but my rates keep going up and up so it's no wonder I'm moving away from them. The office, including Mr. McGriff HIMSELF who I have copied on my emails won't respond to my requests for confirmation of cancellation and a refund of my prorated premium for the month. Further evidence of why this office is just one you want stay far far away from."

Gave two stars, because they were cooperative to see me go, sending me the email I need, but a political swamp, stay away unless loaded."
