"I use to love this store. I am visually impaired and I ride the bus. It's on the route and convenient. With the service I have been given by the person who waited on me this morning and several in the past, I'm very disappointed. The other representatives were always so kind."

"The staff were so helpful and kind despite being very busy at the time I showed up. They let me use their cart for boxes from my car and they had staff on hand to help a customer that only spoke Spanish. They were friendly and joking with one another and really impressed me with their work ethic."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. “While the UPS franchise offers convenient services, my experiences dealing with the owner, Hilema, have been disappointing. Her demeanor during my visits has consistently been unwelcoming and rude, which has made simple tasks like shipping or processing returns uncomfortable. On a recent visit, I observed a stark difference in her attitude when interacting with an Indian customer compared to how she treated me and others. This disparity made me feel as though there might be racial profiling occurring within the establishment. Despite this, I must note that the other employees and the franchise husband have been considerably nicer and more accommodating. However, the inconsistency in service and the discomfort caused by the owner’s behavior have made it challenging to feel comfortable patronizing this establishment. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues, as it would greatly improve the overall customer experience and ensure a more welcoming environment for everyone.”"

"The atmosphere inside the store was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly to me. I went to the store print out a resume for myself and the service was very quick and efficient. I was looking for a place that would print what I needed quickly before I had to go and this store was the right place. I would come to this store any time I need something whether it be for printing, packaging, and more. I would rate this place 10/10 and would recommend to others."
