"I feel bad for leaving a negative review. However, I cannot express how rudely I was treated. I ended up just saying no thank you to my order and leaving. The lady that was serving me said that there were only two employees working today (January 5th). Hopefully that helps narrow down who didn't want to help me out. Apparently they also weren't able to serve any food items either. Thank you."

"This morning on 10/10/23, I came in because I had a mobile order. The staff helped me figure out I had placed the order at the wrong location and i didn’t have time to go back. They immediately offered to make my whole order right there in the store with no additional charge. This Dunkin is by far my favorite location and really just blessed me today."
