"They're main units off at Martin Luther. King boulevard are fine but the units off of highway 22 and tyndal, Parkway are garbage I had rented it for almost a year .There were tenants living within the units and my unit leaked and ruined a lot of my belongings. I let the previous manager that I wasn't even aware. Did not work there any more no that I had moved out& they continued to charge me until I had my bank block the charges wouldn't rent there again."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE place. Would 10/10 not recommend. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Nobody is ever on-site at the office. Corporate always says the property manager is always at the other location if theyre not there… and theres not even an office at the other location!!!! I have called almost every day and came on-site every other day for WEEKS with no luck getting in touch with anyone to close out my unit. The Gate also never works and I got stuck inside and the 800# wanted to “place a ticket” to get it fixed while i was stuck inside… i guess expected to sit overnight for another day of NO property manager on site. RUN! There are plenty of other storage places in the area!!! Do not use storage rentals of america! Their call center is also LESS than helfpul, rude people! ALSO, the first month my stuff was stored… the ceiling in the unit caved in and installation went EVERYWHERE. Ruined everything in the unit for our company.. Absolutely disgusting place, broken, worn out, and disgusting call center!"

"The call center where i set the storage up at was nice. However, upon going to the location there was nobody in the office to help take the payment. Also, i had to type the code into the gate atleast 4 times before it finally let is out. We found somebody who worked there that particular day and we asked for help, and instead she said to just keep entering the pin and eventually it’ll open. Not very helpful and kinda aggravating honestly"

"Well Let’s see, Went online to purchase 5x10 storage unit. two attempts said the final step failed. So I decided to do it later. a few hours later I get an email with a receipt and a unit number. the next day I go there to pick up free lock and get gate code three hours prior to them closing. no one was there and it was locked up tight. called and their phone customer service was great. she had me a gate code in minutes. she said the free lock would be waiting in the unit for me. Sadly it was not. drove around lot looking for someone that worked there. found no one. emailed company to find out what was going on. got an email response from site manager who said they’d put me in by accident, the online payment didn’t go through and to get with them. that’s was close to their closing time. the next morning I wake up to email saying issue has been resolved. i hadn’t had time to get to there office yet that early. we are moving after all. sent an email asking if there would be anyone there at 2, the only response i got was a link to this survey asking how they did. and here we are, three days wasted and right back where i started looking for a unit. three stars because online and on phone support was fine. no one was rude. the system in place simply didn’t allow for doing business well."
