Then was told if I was late bringing it back, I would be charged additional days!?? You make me over 2 hour late with no rebursement, then tell me I'll be charged if I'm late!??? To put it mildly, this place is TERRIBLE!! Find another rental place before going here."
"Had a hitch put on my CRV. Did a very good job in a professional manner at a reasonable cost. Also is a true moving store, they have pretty much everything you need for a moving job, from truck, trailer, boxes to blankets. Good place to visit if your planning a move."
"I have decided to move to another storage facility.I asked why a $69. charge was $92.the cashier said " tax," I responded show me and she just stared at me..one thing for sure . ....I don't have to spend my money..at a place where I encounter incompetence at every turn. ...first..my card could'nt get past the reader ..they say just open the unit the alarm will only sound for 8 seconds.so.. each time I went the alarm would sound but no one responded...day or night didn't matter.I had paid two months in advance but now I'm over due so I expect a lock on my unit soon if I don't get moved.A lot of homeless people are around too. They urinate right in front of my doorways I was paying for security hence, .they need to move.. I ..no I'm checking around for a local storage that suits my needs without the neglected dutys"
