"I called Mr. Jeff and tried to reason with him to not charge me a free shipping label, or at list charge me a $0.20 cent per page as OfficeDepot, but he had no mercy on me a disabled military can not drive, and told me not to go to his store anymore, he doesn't want to help me, he discriminated me only for he donates to other people instead, so sad and shame ...... Mr. Jeff I called your ups store that you own at lynn heaven panama city florida on 21st of January 2024 which is yesterday's date, one day before, and the costumer service agent said one page print is $1.96 cent for a prepaid shipping back package that ups carrier damaged, and that charge is only for me because you told them to charge me more than anyone else. I called the Office Depot and they said for one printed label is only $0.20 cents Why are you discriminating me and persecuting me ? The worse costumer service ever received, this new owner have no mercy, he charges for free shipping packages, horrible, I will tell the whole world Mr. Jeff Only the previous owner Mary did help me not you. please do not lie, you refused to help me, even when I asked you to help me for a label that suppose to be free return. You charged me $1.24 for the emailing your business my label, that is greedy behavior, Printing a page is 0.16 cent The new owner is horrible. I personally asked him for help instead he charged me $1.24 for printing 1 page label that supposed to be free return, I will not recommend anyone to go there for this new owner is greedy. So sad the previous owner was so wonderful but now this ups store is extremely expensive, becareful everyone. •"

"The UPS on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven always has friendly personnel that are polite and professional. I pick up my veterans medicines there as well as do all of my Postal Services there and have nothing but great things to say about their Office and Services!"

"This UPS store is fantastic. It was busy when I went in and there were three young ladies helping everyone from doing a notary, setting up a mailbox and packaging for me. Packing was done quickly and efficiently and I’m so glad knowing that my expensive and fragile doll will get there safely."

"Had to return something here today that needed a label. Was charged $4 for a 0.10 poly bag and for them to print off the label in store, all while Michelle was being impatient, waiting on other customers even though I had been waiting in line for my turn. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had here, and she follows me out asking if there's a problem and that she's calling 'Jeff' the manager. I said call him, I want to let him know you're treating customers like they are inconveniencing you and your breaks and bathroom breaks, which hardly seems like something to complain to customers about."
