"Absolutely the worst Fedex location on earth! Do yourself a favor and never allow a package to come by FedEx. I had a delivery notice that a package was to be delivered on Tuesday. My wife and I both never left our condo that day. They never attempted a delivery but when I checked they said they attempted delivery at 3:16 pm. Never happened. Wednesday they said they attempted delivery again. Never happened. On Thursday I got a notice that they attempted delivery at 6:27 am (while I was there having coffee) and told me I had to drive the 20 miles to pick it up That too never happened and I did not have one attempt to deliver sticker on my door. However there was a very nice girl at the office who apologized over and over again."

"Do not use them! I had a very important document coming overnight to Bayou George by Fed Ex Express. My email gave me a window of 9:30am-1:30pm for delivery. Well—by 3:00pm I am still waiting for my overnight delivery. Now delivery time states before 8pm! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I would give them a zero"
