"I will not be back. I was told they could not ship My Labrador pack. as it did not have a label on it. I have shipped my medical laboratory package for the last 4 and a 1/2 years at this location . they have always put a label on it for me. I was informed since it was blood. They are not allowed to ship it without a label. I left. called UPS.. was told there's no law that they cannot ship My package. then was informed. UPS stores are privately owned and can refuse shipment of any package.I will not be back to this place. The older lady there was very how do I say adamant and aggressive towards me . Maybe she needs to work in the back and not in Customer support."
