"Every store and every business in this town has had the best customer service we have ever experienced. From fast food to Walmart. You will not get that same experience here. Very strange as to why this one store would have such bad customer service. Has to start at the top because I can tell you people are generally happy to work anywhere in this area."
"Love, LOVE the garden center here. They always cycle in the most popular and trending plants at reasonable prices. I just got a PPP (Pink Princess Philodendron) for about $50.00 which is great! I have seen them for $100 or more over this past year."
"The last time My husband was there he said WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I think he was getting Drywall. Guys offered no assistance. 3 standing right by him!! Today for our own things EVERYONE IN. EVERY DEPT were beyond helpful all the way to the Only cashier there. I wish I knew her name!!! I'll look @ receipt, it's probably on there. Not sure how to get her name to you but, she was efficient, calm, friendly & she was very busy.Deserves Kudos!!"
"When I went in I said I was looking for some things and I had a list of 4 things the cashier asked to see it so I gave it to her then she said the lumber carts are outside around the corner I am not sure what my response was but she said we don't shop for you I just looked and went outside n got the cart as I was walking back in I overheard her say here she comes. I felt like she was asking someone to help me but no one came so I proceeded to get my stringers as I was loading them another customer asked if I needed help I declined and loaded the rest of the 9 stringers all this time and employee was at the end of the isle watching me when I pushed the cart around he asked if I needed help and helped me get the rest of my items pushed the cart to the register rang me up and said he would help me load it. I noticed that as I was leaving the cashier was at the register in front of me talking to another employee, she didn't bother to ask the guy behind me if she could help him so I told the guy helping me to stay and check out the guy behind me and I would head out. He did not come out but he sent someone to load the items in my car. The whole experience made me want to leave and go to home Depot which I had indicated a couple of times, she should have never took the list rattled off what isles to go to and when I asked if there were people to help responded the way she did. I don't care how nice everyone else was I won't go back there unless I have to. I am 72 years old don't normally shop for lumber and on top of that deal with her."
"I bought a 6 foot beautiful Fraser Fir tree the gentleman who sold it to me and my daughter could not have been more helpful! Michael, picked out or tree for us its lovely fresh and full. he also sold us the tree stand which is working great! I am disabled because of multiple medical issues so I was not able to do much beyond pointing to a row of trees and saying one of these. He asked questions about what kind of tree we wanted, showed us several in the right size and price range, and helped us pick a really beautiful one. He helped us get it to checkout and from there into my car. He even took the time to find plastic to cover my seats to protect them. While my daughter brought the car around, we shared Hurricane Michael stories, the miracle of how little loss of life there was given that it was a cat 5 hurricane, the loss of our home and the purchase of another, and our faith in God and Jesus our Lord and Savior. The cashier was also extremely kind and helpful. We exchanged blessings with each other and drove away having had one of the happiest days we have had since we lost everything to the hurricane. Very grateful to Lowes and Michael, the tree attendant, and the cashier, for everything. Update 12/28/21: The Tree is still green and supple. Still looks beautiful and we will be keeping it up a long as we can. We have had a very Merry Christmas with it. We will buy another one from Lowe's next year. Hoping eberyome had a Merry Christmas and may you be blessed by God in the new year."
