"Jessica and Debbie were so extremely helpful and friendly. They went over and beyond to help me with my eight packages. I was unprepared and didn’t realize I needed more info. They worked with me and helped me get everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this location."

"I’ve called the store too many times for it to not be answered. They finally pick up and I ask to speak with a manager regarding my W-2 since I’ve already contacted a different manager previously 2 weeks ago and she tells me that they’ll “call me back” and I told her I needed to get in touch with someone ASAP since I’ve yet to receive any information about that because I’m a previous employee and she snapped and raised her voice at me over the phone and said “all I can do is write your number down to be called back or you can call back later!” It’s just really sad that I worked with a company who can’t even let me speak with someone higher up so I can file my taxes and they can avoid a tax fraud situation regarding a previous employee with their business."

"If I could give this store a zero I would! We went in prior to Christmas to ship something. Was told over 300.00 !! We asked why ? We were not in a hurry , no rush ? They said the weight .No other option . Got home, looked at receipt and it was second day air. Tried calling and they were closed until after Christmas of course. Went back up to the store and asked why we were not given any other options because we would have been given the options anywhere else . We were told “ the owners policy” This is a privately owned UPS and had we been told we are not allowed to ship ground prior to Christmas we would have came back afterwards. They are NOT allowed to tell us . This place is a scam and should be shut down and investigated immediately! The staff is very friendly and only doing what they are told ! UPS should be ashamed to have this owner representing them!"

"The only reason I’m giving this a 3-star instead of 1 is because the staff was extremely nice. I’m a visitor to the area and i stopped by to ship some returns to Amazon. Unfortunately being a visitor/tourist to the area, i unfortunately don’t have a printer at my disposal, because of that I paid $14 to print two prepaid labels. That’s $14 to print two labels on maybe $.08 worth of paper and to use maybe $.0000001 worth of ink. The other baffling thing is that this ups store franchise owner doesn’t take UPS accounts that aren’t local. Both are things I’ve never encountered and I travel a lot, 10 months out of the year constantly shipping things for work and so forth from all over the country."

"SCAM ALERT! Do not use this store unless you are simply returning Amazon orders. We were visiting from out of town and needed to send a package weighing less than a pound and love our home UPS store. Our home UPS store is a great family run business that charges reasonable rates. This store does not; it is outrageous. The package that we brought in was quoted as $170 for next day, $130 for second day and $70 for UPS Ground. Online, UPS was $14. We decided to send it via USPS and was $10. THIS STORE IS A SHAM!"
