"Horrible, rude staff. Would not let us shop since they closed in 5 minutes and “bears take at least 30 minutes to stuff” Will never return to this location. Could have been handled way better."

"Looking through some of the most recent reviews, it sounds like there is an ongoing problem with a rude employee. We went into this build a bear location and started looking to pick out a bear when we were told in an aggressive manner to not pick up any of the bears that were not stuffed because this would cause the worker to have to fold them back up. We may have picked up and looked at 3 or 4 as we were making our way around and folded them back like they were before putting them down. By time we were leaving (2:30pm), there was not an employee left inside the store. The worker that was rude was around back in the parking garage sitting in her car. Like others have said in reviews, a build a bear is not a good place for upset/rude employees to work. Would not recommend bringing your child to this build a bear."

"Why are the workers so extremely rude over the phone?? I was nicely asking if they had a bear in stock and she interrupted me to RUDELY say no we don’t and as I was saying okay thank you she hung up on me ??? Y’all need to work somewhere else if you’re that miserable. I have spent a lot of money on my kids in this store but I’ll be taking them to the Spanish fort location from now on smh"

"Stopped in today! Have been several times where we we have went in and bought whole sets for three children! Today we were told not to touch anything just to look! This is a children’s store where they build their own bear but you’re telling the kids not to touch??? The woman was very rude and should not be working in a children’s store! Will not do business there again!"

"The store was supposed to be open, there were people inside, but they had a sign posted saying their system was down. A girl was making bears at one of the centers, but refused to communicate with us regarding the issue. Would the store open later? Was it going to be closed all day? Did they not know when it would be up and running…a nice little conversation would have been helpful for my four year old grandson. The employees could definitely see him dancing with sheer excitement at all the anticipation. It was a huge let down. Employees who have a heart for children would be a great added plus to this establishment."
