"Cashier chrged incorrect amount. When we questioned her, she called the next person in line. No receipt given. Unacceptable behavior from a Customer Service Agent..This incident has been communicated to 7 Eleven headquarters."

"Average 7-11 except for lately I’ve stopped by at approximately 11:15pm and saw this sign on the door (with door locked) a couple different times a few weeks apart. Also I’ve been charged incorrectly a few times for the big gulp and used the app. But they do have the fountain drink Horchata and it’s delicioso!"

"Rude cashier. She kept mopping for about a minute, and was very short and rude. As if my need for gas was extremely inconvenient for her. I even tried to be friendly, and say please and thanks. Nope she was just unpleasant."

"I've always found the girls in this store rude. Talking on the phone cursing and being disrespectful. They sit there and have personal conversation while customers are waiting, But today this lady was juggling some things so she put the money for her purchase on the counter. The girl behind the counter after finishing her conversation with the other cashier holds her hand out and sits there till she was told twice the money was on the counter and she responded with "I know put it in my hand" that was the last straw for me and this store never again with these rude women.
