"My experience with this 711 is always suspect. Their hours never coincide with their website. The shelves are extremely understocked, even before hurricane ian. They're extremely understaffed. To top it off a couple stuff can be rude at times. The owners and management need to pay more attention."

"I always go to this 7-Eleven off of Hayley Ln & Red Cedar. It’s always in and out, no problems whatsoever. However, today I stopped by for some gas and as I take out the nozzle from my car, gas is shooting out very fast and getting all over the place. Startled, I point it to the ground because it was getting on my clothes and I tried to stop the nozzle. An employee was outside and continuously yells, “Oh my God,” and runs inside to turn it off. She comes outside and doesn’t apologize, saying “I shut it off.” I ask her, “is there any way I can get a refund for the gas that got all over me?” The employee responds, “No, if anything, you owe us.” I’m not sure who hired this lady, but that is horrible customer service, and such a rude thing to say to a customer who is covered in gasoline because of a problem they failed to fix. There was no caution tape or any sign that the pump wasn’t working. Absolutely unprofessional, and will continue to use other gas stations only."

"So let me start by saying I am not a fan of 7-11. I can't wait for wawa to push them out. That being said, I still go to 7-11, as infrequently as possible, but when I do it's as the employees aptly pointed out, for the convenience. Whatever, I'll give them that... sometimes. Other times, like this one, 7-11 is a joke & the employees especially at this location could give 2 fu@%s. Which is funny in clerks and the movies, but not so much in real life, so I would highly recommend avoiding this location as much as possible. Besides, Wa-wa is right down the street, and they rock and make great food fresh."

"The heavy lady that works late night shift (there usually around 11pm-7am?) Dont know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag and didnt give me a receipt. She is so obviously completely miserable and hating her job/life.. and she wears it on her face. She makes you feel like you're inconviencing her yet this is a convenience store. She huffs and puffs and moans and complains the entire time you're getting checked out. Very rude and miserable it's so terrible."

"The staff are super friendly and know their regulars, and what they buy. Really nice that such a huge gas station and convenient store chain has great caring staff in their locations. :)"
