"As an uber driver and someone who lives less than 1 mile this 711 was my daily fill up multiple times a day spending over $200 on gas and more for snacks. I WILL never step foot in this location again I'd the bald guy with a beard works there. I believe his name is Jesse. Rude people are always a part of life but Jesse takes the cake. I've never met a more arrogant rude person in my life. I have seen him yell at people for not being quick enough and even heard him make fun of an autistic girl once. He is a sad soul. If the owner sees this please let me know if he's gone so I can come back to your store."

"Worst customer service ever, that is when someone is actually inside and not outside smoking . Always using vulgar language. Manager is the son of owner so hencan get away with whatever he wants. I drive ten minutes extra every day just to not have to deal w this staff. It is clear the manager dillion I believe his name is only got the job because in his words my mommy's the owner". Grow up man."

"The front lady attendant just cussed at me and refused to help me in reference to their air pump. Told me it was a system that they rent out and have no control. The air pump was erratic and uncontrolled and has the potential to be dangerous. She said there was a number on the machine and there is not, I have pictures, tried to show the attendant and she refused to look and became increasingly rude and dismissive. This isnt about the $2.. Its about the treatment and lack of care that its dangerous and malfunctioning, or any type of resolution. Its very frustrating to hear, “its not our problem.” Theres no one to talk to, no numbers to call, and in my opinion, reckless, and poorly handled."

"The cashier at the front Jesse was totally unprofessional. He has extremely bad hygiene and treats customers badly. He needs to shave and be more professional. He tried to force me to buy plastic Donald Trump playing cards because I glanced at the playing cards. Then, he made me throw out and waste my soda refill because he tried to force me to buy them, all because I glanced at them. Speak with the store manager. She knows what happened and how unprofessional Jesse is."
