"I had a slow leak in my tire that I needed to get repaired ASAP before it became a more intense issue. I first went to a competitor and they said they could schedule me for 3 days later. I then googled tire repair near me and Discount Tire came up. I went there and they said they would get it fixed today if I could just give them a couple hours which was understandable as it was a Saturday and I walked in. They did a fantastic job and no charge for the repair. I will definitely go to them in the future. Great Customer service!"

"Great customer service. I appreciate it that you can use their app to check-in and to see your status (from waiting to when the service is done). The manager Shane has trained them well. Be cautious that many of the employees are assistant managers at this establishment. Make sure you have it in writing and if you have any doubts on how good a deal it is, I would recommend a higher level manager to verify the process (such as checking in with Shane). This place will vouch for the manufacturer's mileage warranty if you haven't reached the warranty's mileage (granted you have kept it well maintained e.g. keep it within the proper PSI inflation and balancing/rotating tires every 5-6k). I commend their hard work from welcoming me to having a short wait. They were able to pencil me in the same day when I needed a tire repair. As for tire rotations, I highly recommend booking ahead of time to make sure you don't wait too long. They always answer their phone calls with minimal wait time. They also will price match tires from other competitors in St. Johns and Duval county. I only wished they were open on Sundays and allowed both the price matching with the mileage warranty credits from the manufacturers. Thank you discount tires at Durbin for the great service. I have been buying and rotating tires from this company when I lived out in Arizona. I am glad they have expanded they allowed me to rotate and service my tires at any discount tire store.
