"My husband and I went to Autozne at Durbin Pavillion as it is located near our residence, since we needed to buy a new battery. When we were walking into the store a female employee was kind enough to hold the door for us. Once we entered the store there were two men working and neither of them acknowledge us, the taller older man walked right by us without even attempting to assist us. The store only had one other customer inside; therefore no reason why we weren't acknowledged. We feel that we were discriminated against due to our ethnicities. We will NEVER return to that store and will not recommend this store to anyone of ethnicity."

This young individual was rude to me as soon as I walked through the door. I wish I got his name but he was the only young, white male working the evening of 11/13/23. I will never return."
