She recognized that I’ve been there before, and I had an issue with signing up for a membership. She came back when cleaning the interior to say thank you, and gave a coupon for a future visit. "I would go literally anywhere else but here. This car wash significantly damaged my truck on July 30th. Apparently there was a broken antennae from another car in the brushes and it left scratches all over my hood and bedcover and cracked the windshield. One of the employees told me another customer complained that same morning too. I understand bad things happen and this wasn’t intentionally done, but what has been very intentional since this incident is every one at LUV completely ignoring the issue. I filed a damage report with the on-site manager who said I would be contacted within 24 hours. After that never happened I called the corporate office myself twice only to be told someone would call me ASAP. Never did. A week after the event I went back again and talked to the same manager who assured me I would get a call from the district manager, Sean. Now, another week later and no one has called me once nor did anyone else that I have talked to up to this point even apologize. I’m now having to go through my own insurance and I’m out $500 for my deductible. They are absolutely horrible. My wife and I both are cancelling our memberships and I guarantee they won’t do anything to fix this situation. Stay far away …"

"I recently purchased a monthly wash plan, and I'm really glad I did. It's so convenient to be able to just drive up and get my car washed. The price is really reasonable, especially considering the quality of the washes. They have towels so you can dry the outside and wipe down the inside. The vacuums are nice and strong. As you can see my dogs enjoy going too!"
