"Words cannot adequately express how Incredibly Terrible Incredible Kitchens and Baths is. Every person there is either incredibly unprofessional, incredibly untruthful, incredibly incompetent, or all the above. All but one sub-contractor/trade person (one spoke no English at all) admits to not trusting the owner and is reluctant to accept jobs from that company. Incredible Kitchens and Baths uses a project management app. Sounds great, right? It would be however no one there knows how to use it. No one there knows anything about construction. And you will wait days/weeks to get a response on anything. Look elsewhere for your design and construction project."

"Matt was so helpful in helping me select a backsplash for my kitchen. He had wonderful ideas as well. So happy I walked into his store. However, unfortunately, his staff particularly his designer never returned, phone calls or emails. Subsequently, I found the same tiles in another store with a very helpful designer with whom I placed an order and will have the other store install this in my new kitchen. Customer service and satisfaction is very important. Matt’s staff needs to learn this!"

"I’ll start by saying that I can’t recommend Incredible Kitchen and Bath. We contracted in August of 2020 for a complete remodel of our kitchen. As I normally do, I received 3 quotes from different companies. Two were from big box stores, and the last from Incredible Kitchen and Bath (IKB). IKB’s quote was the highest of the three, but we decided to give our business to a small business. We try to support local small businesses and we were impressed with the design they came up with for our kitchen, and that we had a project coordinator assigned to our project that would “streamline” the process into an efficient schedule. A little foreshadowing here, that didn’t happen. When we put our deposit down we were told to expect 6-8 weeks for our cabinets to be built and we would have our new kitchen in time for Thanksgiving of 2020. It’s January of 2022 and our kitchen is still not complete to our satisfaction. We kept in contact with our project coordinator and the cabinets end up running over the 8 week lead time. They receive the cabinets the last week in October, but they can’t start the install because they have started a bigger project. Our project coordinator asks if they can start the week of Thanksgiving. We pass on not having a kitchen for Thanksgiving, and tell them they can start the following week. The 10 day schedule that the project coordinator provides is far from efficient, and I’m told that it’s because they have to coordinate the electrical and plumbing sub-contractors and their schedules are full. When they deliver cabinets to our home for install, one of the bases is severely damaged (which you can notice from looking at the box it was shipped in), and half of the cabinet doors are damaged. They have to order a new base and cabinet doors. Keep in mind they have had the cabinets for 4 weeks now. When the new base and cabinet doors arrive, the new base is damaged, and the majority of the cabinet doors are as well. The new damaged base is structurally sound and the damage will be hidden by the stove so I agree to allow it be installed so we can get the countertops on. However, we still have to get new cabinet doors. Over the course of this project, it has been nearly impossible to contact the company. I have placed multiple unanswered calls to the owner, Matt. We have a new project manager who came out November of 2021 to view our complaints. He stated he would get the problem resolved and would contact us with an update. As of December 29th, we had not heard from him so I went up to the store to follow up. I was told he could not speak with me because he was handling an emergency situation with another project and he would call me later that day. I asked to speak with the owner, Matt, and was told he was out of the office. I asked for Matt to give me a call. It is now January 3, 2022 and I've still yet to hear from anyone from the company. I recommend you look elsewhere for your kitchen and bath needs. This company does not value doing the job right the first time, and once they get your money, communication is very lacking. Caveat Emptor with regards to Incredible Kitchen and Bath."
