"Terrible place.Very unprofessional poorly trained ghetto supervisors. Mayor's office ignores black and disability patrons complaint routinely. But, most of the drivers (95%) are very friendly, but a few are absolutely sadistic!"
"Another other staff especially Giddens security are not ADA friendly, afraid of service animals so try to throw you off property for the smallest infraction even if you're not the cause. They don't even let you speak when they're having bad days and if you do you jeopardize getting put off the bus no matter where you are so just don't open your mouth or extend your leash beyond your thigh. Silence dogs even alert dogs trained to bark for notification, it's not worth the walk."

"This place is a mess. The bathrooms are never clean and I've walked in and seen women washing up in the sink, with their lady parts exposed and everything. My 3 year old son is usually with me so I have to hurry up and go get security who then has to get a female employee to go in there. And all this happens while my potty training son is trying to hold it till he can get in to use the bathroom. And there's never a supervisor around when you have a problem and need a supervisor. They could do so much better than they are."
