"I needed a driver side window opener repaired in my 2008 Nissan XTerra as the window was stuck in the fully open position, with rain threatening in 24 hours. After reading Google reviews for multiple area mechanics, I called two other mechanics, who were unable to get me in for at least five days. I called Autopro at 9 am and Rodney was kind enough to tell me to bring the car in as soon as I could and he would fit me in. He provided an estimate on the phone before I could even ask. I got there about an hour later and he started working on the door right away. He had the part delivered within 20 minutes, and within a hour of arriving, the repair was made and I was back on the road with a working window. Sure enough, it rained that night. I am very grateful to Rodney for accomodating me so promptly and making the repairs before my car would have been soaked. His prices are fair and he knows what he is doing. He is very busy, so I consider myself quite lucky. I will definitely go back!"
