"Took a vehicle in just to have a simple battery changed. When we left all the lights on the vehicle would not cut off the power running boards would not go back in. The sale rep told us to just take it to a shop and have a System Reset done. What a joke this place is I would highly recommend people choose other places to have batteries installed."

"Came in for warranty issue with my batteries and And spoke with a guy named Kevin. He had a bad attitude from the start and was very rude and unprofessional."

"Had 2 batteries dead from here in less than 6 months. After the first one dies we got the replacement swap and the clerk said if it happens again they aren't going to replace it and there was something wrong with our car. The second battery died within 24 hours so we took the vehicle to a shop. Mechanic kept it for a week testing everything and said it was bad battery cells. Had to get the battery source battery replaced by the mechanic and have had no trouble since then. I high recommend getting your batteries at the parts store rather than here. These batteries here aren't worth it. There are warranties on them but the clerks may not honor it when you need them to swap it out. I had purchased the best one they had with a 7 year warranty but it didn't make a difference. Rude clerks, cheap batteries. Buy at your own risk."

Chatted with Dan the entire time and he was professional, helpful and made the transaction pleasant. Been going here for several years because it's always been a positive experience."
