"so as most people are aware we suffered from a massive severe storm to day with numerous tornados and most of us in the area had to seek shelter as there are a lot of mobile homes in the area and people driving so we go to stores well this store decided to lock there doors and not let any one in to take shelter while there were tornados spawning there was a old lady with a child beating on the door trying to get in to take shelter scared for their life but they refused this is not the way of 850 strong this is not comunity helping each other this is people saying screw everyone else i hope you cant sleep tonight"

"I went into this store today looking for some gauze pads. I just had surgery and was bleeding and needed a bandage. The lady working there, named Lynn, helped me out because the store didn’t see these pads, I needed, but she told me she had a small pack in the back I could have. I had explained I just had oral surgery and needed a new bandage for my mouth. Lynn was very sweet and helped me. She didn’t have to do that especially considering the pandemic and the fear of catching a virus. I observed her with other customers, as well, and she was very professional and friendly with each customer. Express Lane needs to consider themselves lucky they have such an employee working for them because ones like Lynn are hard to find. Seriously, if I lived in Panama City ( I am only here for oral surgery) I would hire her to work for my husbands company. Great job, Lynn!"

"Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in. I went to the soda aisle...but I got turned around and found myself deep in the bowels of the basement. I traveled for a long time, deep into the stock of 80s candy stocked up and forgotten. Razzles. Fruit Stripe gum. MARS bars. I thought I'd never see a Butterfinger again. Then I heard it...like a heartbeat...drums....drums in the deep..."

"If I could give no stars I would. Not to the gas station but the cashier. She was talking on her phone and being rude. I walked in and smiled and she rolled her eyes at me I am very disappointed. That is no way to treat another human.Being on your phone at work is one thing but on speaker while I’m trying to talk to you."

"I asked them on the phone is they carried a specific product, and the employee merely said "I'm not sure." Silence. I said "Oh well, thanks anyway." "Sure - bye." Wow. They clearly don't care if I shop there or not. They'll get paid whether I do or not."
