"As a local, this past saturdays experience, was a reminder why I never shop at these tourist traps. I’ve never been so disappointed in a place of business nor treated so poorly. An Employee made an unjustifiable comment towards me and were extremely rude. Don’t waste your money nor your time."

"Sizes were all wrong and even though I had a receipt they refused to do a refund. It plainly stated on receipt items could be returned within 7 days. I had it less than 24 hours. Finally found an item I liked and was "graciously" granted an exchange. Not what I wanted but it fit, didn't like the color but was only think in my size that I could find after almost 20 minutes of looking. First girl I spoke with was a little bit rude and confrontational. She finally called who I think was the manager and she took care of the situation."

"Bad experience at the store. Looks bigger on the outside multiple cash registers at all entrance but no employees Only one person working them at the other end of the store The line was 10 people deep the cashier couldn't figure out how to take your credit card from the customers in front of us had to call for the manager who said he was busy dealing with the Coca-Cola vendor and told her she had to wait after waiting 10 minutes in line to buy a souvenir we left the store without purchasing the item more checkouts better customer service and he would have gotten a sale from us"

"This shop has a collection of variety beach necessities. However, there is almost always a lack of staff. There is only one cashier."

"2023-July. Arrived around 330 pm on a Monday. We were able to park in their parking lot across the street. This place has a lot of souvenirs to choose from. Some are pricey and some are a bargain. We waited for an available cashier for about 10 minutes because only was cashier was available. There were staff in the registers, but they were talking to the other associates and doesn't seem to be bothered by people waiting to pay."
